In a nutshell this is an Active Server Pages (Classic ASP), SQL Server 2008, IIS 7.0 application hosted on a P4 1U rack mounted server running on Windows 2008 R2 servers in a VMWare virtualized environment located at a commercial hosting service in Los Angeles. Multi-homed redundant T3 telecommunications delivers the application to the internet. 

The software is written in object oriented VBScript, JavaScript, DHTML and T-SQL stored procedures. The ConsenCIS webSoftware framework governs how the components are assembled. It favors database access and updates via stored procedures for maximum protection from threats common to the internet environment. SHA-1, MD-5 and RSA encryption secure private data. SSL is available.
